1. Services (Digital Marketing, AI Automation, Branding, Websites)
- Refund Eligibility:
Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase only if the project has not yet started. - Once Work Has Begun:
After service delivery has started, payments are non-refundable. Instead, clients are entitled to reasonable revisions to ensure satisfaction. - Revisions:
Each project includes a set number of revisions as outlined in the service agreement. Additional revisions may be billed separately.
2. Digital Products (Downloads, Templates, Guides, etc.)
- Refund Eligibility:
Refunds for digital products are available within 7 days of purchase only if the file is defective, corrupted, or not as described. - Non-Returnable Items:
Since digital downloads are instantly accessible, we cannot accept returns once the product has been successfully delivered.

- How to Request a Refund:

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days back to your original payment method. - Exceptions:
Customized or fully completed projects are not eligible for refunds.
