At Karshey, we value transparency and fairness. This Refund & Returns Policy explains how we handle requests for refunds, returns, and revisions for our services and digital products.


1. Services (Digital Marketing, AI Automation, Branding, Websites)

  • Refund Eligibility:
    Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase only if the project has not yet started.
  • Once Work Has Begun:
    After service delivery has started, payments are non-refundable. Instead, clients are entitled to reasonable revisions to ensure satisfaction.
  • Revisions:
    Each project includes a set number of revisions as outlined in the service agreement. Additional revisions may be billed separately.

2. Digital Products (Downloads, Templates, Guides, etc.)

  • Refund Eligibility:
    Refunds for digital products are available within 7 days of purchase only if the file is defective, corrupted, or not as described.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    Since digital downloads are instantly accessible, we cannot accept returns once the product has been successfully delivered.

3. General Guidelines

  • How to Request a Refund:
    Please email us at karsheyofficial@gmail.com with your order details and reason for request.
  • Processing Time:
    Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days back to your original payment method.
  • Exceptions:
    Customized or fully completed projects are not eligible for refunds.
