Include the Invoice: Write your exchange request on the back of the invoice. Be specific about the product you want to exchange it for.

Processing Your Exchange: Once we receive your package, we will process the exchange right away and send the new product back to you. If there are any uncertainties, one of our representatives will call you for clarification.

Refund Processing: Once we receive your return, we will process the refund within 5 working days. The refund amount will be credited to your JazzCash or Easypaisa account.
